Make time. To make more.

There’s a joy in making something that’s hard to replicate.
Building with our hands is something we’ve done for millennia, it’s hard wired into us.
Recently I mended a fence and the simple act of cutting wood and screwing it together felt good, rewarding. Focusing on something with my full attention was an escape from other things, well mainly one thing.
So perhaps it’s time to make more. Anything you can escape into.
I for one, am going to try to make more time for this.
I hope you do too.
